Expanding cooperation in the Ulyanovsk Region (RF), June 26, 2020

On June 26 the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Ulyanovsk Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the online business meeting between enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and the Ulyanovsk Region (RF).

The negotiations were attended by 16 different companies of the two countries, including those, representing the following areas of production: construction and municipal equipment, furniture, starting engines, gearboxes, spare parts for them, plastic products, harvesting and processing of wild and garden berries, mushrooms, logistics solutions, etc. The participants made presentations, held negotiations, discussed possible options for the mutually beneficial cooperation.

The chambers of commerce and industry act not only as the communicators and negotiating platforms for enterprises, but also contribute to increasing the efficiency of the reached agreements and provide the required support for transactions. One of the goals of the CCI is to identify emerging obstacles in mutual trade and the ways to remove them. The above aspects were emphasized by heads of chambers of commerce and industry Sergey Nabeshko and Alexander Yakunin in their speeches.

Trade representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus Yuri Zolotarev spoke about the mutually beneficial cooperation between the businesses of the two countries and his assistance.

The Minsk Branch of the BelCCI is planning to conduct online negotiations with foreign partners on a regular basis. Thus, in July the online business meetings will be held with entrepreneurs from Ukraine, the Republic of Turkey, the People's Republic of China
