On March 26, 2020 the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held an information and consultation seminar “Transactions of affiliated and interdependent persons. Large transactions of business entities”.

The seminar was lectured by Chairman of the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, professor, doctor of legal sciences Yan Funk.

Within the framework of the seminar the procedure of making large transactions, transactions with the interests of affiliated persons was considered. The issues and grounds for recognizing the individuals as affiliated and interdependent persons were discussed, specific examples from arbitration practice were considered.
